Invasion of the GooseNappers was my entry for Ludum Dare 27 (10 seconds). It is a pretty basic shooter made entirely in 48 hours.
Aliens have invaded and they are after our geese! You must go to space to fend them off!! However, the experimental engine on your ship can only keep you in the alien’s realm for 10 seconds at a time, so watch your fire while your engine recharges. Think of the geese!!!

Elves Eat Food 0913

Elves Eat Food 0913 screenshot

Release: September 2013
Genre: Text, Simulation
Tools: C++ / Visual Studio
Elves Eat Food was an experiment inspired by Mini Ludum Dare 45 (Low-Level languages). My goal was to make a game in C++ absolutely no external libraries. It turns out that doesn’t really leave you with many options. What I ended up with is a turn-based simulation where creatures try to survive in a random map. The gameplay never came together, but it still has some creatures spawning and using a custom A* algorithm for pathfinding. Try it out, it’s hypnotizing.
